The Knutty Knitters from Bristol, who took the city by storm last December with their life-sized knitted nativity scene, have created a new camel, donkey and an angel to complete the ‘knitivity’ and raise money for St Peter’s Hospice.

The knitters have also launched a special Christmas card, which shows a tableau of the ‘knitivity’ scene in front of the Clifton Suspension Bridge and which has proven to be the charity’s most successful card to date.

The tour, which is taking place across November and December, is stopping at various local primary schools, St Peter’s Hospice shops, Asda in Bedminster and Patchway, The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, The Galleries and Cabot Circus among others.
